30

Finally my age starts with number 3 wow time flies it seems like yesterday when I am still a teenager with no responsibility, and now I still have no responsibility ha ha ha what a life, just watched marathon of anime. Of course I am just kidding about responsibility it just that we have to balance between work and being here, right here right now and just enjoy the moment.
The happiest person is the person who live and appreciate NOW. Hence for now that is exactly what I am doing no resolutions no goals setting no nothing just watching my anime and be a kid again. I have been burning candle on both sides so times to relax as I know I will have to step up again and start working my ass off but for now I will just inhale the fresh air and enjoy the breeze wind blowing on my face. Thirties and will keep on kickin!

Submodalities II

After leaving the embassy I decided to go for a walk. I was seeing duck, swan and fish and all other living creatures doing all their activities, such an ecosystem.
As I walked alongside the pond, the wind blew steadily and created a small rippled on the water surface. My eyes was spoiled with the small wave, green trees, beautiful swan. I closed my eyes to listen to the quacking duck. I inhaled the brisk of air, clean and fresh. I felt the warmth sun shining on my back.

Such an entertainment to my eyes, my ears and my skin.
Such happiness and yet so simple.

Submodalities

I woke up a little bit late, nothing in the fridge so I decided to go to pizza place. I bought margeritha. When I ate the pizza companied with coke, my mind went back to 4 months ago. I was suddenly brought to the place where I sat on the stairs of one of the street in Rome. I was eating pizza and coke with my friend while watching junior high school students celebrating their graduation day by throwing eggs, milk , flour and water to each other. It was fun and interesting thing to see.

It's amazing how my taste buds can remind me of things of the past.
Just Pizza and coke can make me happy, life is so simple afterall.

Setting Goals

Goals are one of the fuel that drive us on daily basis. Last week I just play my PS2 not even reading a book, not even a chapter. I wonder to myself why would I do that? I am a goal oriented person and then I realized I have been setting goals way too high in such a short term that not only it's impossible it's also demotivating and pulled myself from reaching my goal.

It is almost scary that anyone knows the paramount rule of setting goal is called "SMART" (Specific,Measurable,Achieveable/Attainable,Realistics,Timely) and yet I shoot myself on the foot wanted something in untimely manner.

So now I am revamping the timeline and the degree of difficulties in setting my goal, reaping some of the small successes before the big ones.

Procrastinate

Have you ever procrastinate on washing your dishes and just put them in the sink? Well, I did. It took me twice longer to clean up all the rice that stuck on the plate.

My mom likes to say "Don't try to find toilet after you crap on your pants!" (yes it's my mom and she does say that). As gross as it may seems there's a meaning to it. We have a tendency not to do things until it becomes urgent and bite our head. (trust me cleaning your underwear after the incident, SO NOT COOL!)

So do what you can do today. Let this blog be a reminder to me as well.

Uuuugh Discipline hate that! But it's a must.
